Application for Committee Members

This packet is used to apply for a position on the "For" or "Against" committee for a ballot question on the November 3rd General Election.

 The ballot question asks "Shall the current single Office of Douglas County Clerk-ex officio Treasurer be separated into two distinctly elected county offices creating the Office of County Clerk and Office of County Treasurer?"

Applications can be submitted in person, by mail, by fax, or by email. Submission details are listed at the bottom of this webpage.
